All services are performed by IICRC-certified technicians in accordance with industry standards including IICRC S500 (water damage), S520 (mold remediation), and applicable California state regulations.

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all water damage restoration services. Estimates are based on the scope of damage assessed during our initial inspection and may be subject to change if additional damage is discovered during the restoration process.

• All pricing is communicated in writing before work begins
• Additional charges due to unforeseen conditions will be discussed and approved by you before additional work is performed
• We work directly with insurance companies and can bill your insurer directly when applicable

4. Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency response services are available 365 days a year at no additional surcharge for nights, weekends, or holidays. Our 60-minute response time is a service goal for the Valle Vista, Hemet, and San Jacinto service area and may vary based on weather conditions, call volume, and distance to the property.

5. Insurance Claims

When authorized by you, we will work directly with your insurance company to coordinate claims. However:

• We are not an insurance company and cannot guarantee coverage decisions made by your insurer
• You are ultimately responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance policy
• We provide complete documentation (moisture logs, photos, equipment records) to support your claim

6. Property Access and Authorization

By engaging our services, you authorize Valle Vista Water Damage Pros to access your property as needed to perform water damage restoration work. This includes:

• Entry to affected areas for inspection and restoration
• Removal of water-damaged materials that cannot be salvaged
• Placement and operation of drying equipment for the duration of the drying process
• Documentation of damage through photographs and moisture readings

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following commitments:

• All restoration work is performed to IICRC standards
• Structural drying is verified through documented moisture readings at mapped points
• We will address any concerns about completed work promptly

Our services are provided "as described" based on the agreed-upon scope of work. We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to insurance claim approvals, mold prevention in uncontrolled environments, or damage caused by subsequent water events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage, or damage caused by third parties
